Congratulations! You have a Second Chance bag from The Chesterfield Brand in your hands. The Chesterfield Brand makes high-quality, rugged, and practical leather bags and accessories. Despite careful inspection in our factory, it sometimes happens that a received product has a broken part. These bags are taken over by a partner and refurbished as well as possible. They are then sold at a reduced price as a Second Chance product. A win-win situation for everyone!
These products are sold through partners who also inform you that it is a Second Chance product. You can also recognize a Second Chance bag by the mint green label hanging from the bag and/or the fabric Second Chance label inside the bag. We do not offer Second Chance products through our own brand store.
Warranty
It is important to know that our standard warranty terms do not apply to a Second Chance product.
If you have purchased a Second Chance product from The Chesterfield Brand and something is wrong after purchase, please contact the partner from whom you bought the product. Our partner is responsible for handling inquiries about these products.
