Is your order not as expected? Don't panic! You can return the item to us within 30 days.
Make sure the product is still in its original (unused and undamaged) condition and register your return using the REGISTER RETURN button below.
We cannot accept a return of a product purchased in a shop of one of our retailers. Please contact the shop where you bought the product.

Returns from outside the EU
EU customers can obtain a returns label through our return portal. Customers in all other countries are responsible for covering their return shipping costs. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You have 30 days to return any unwanted items for a refund. Please ensure items are returned in the same condition they arrived in: new, and with tags still attached. Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund. If you need to complete a customs form, please clearly mark the items as 'returned goods' as The Chesterfield Brand will not cover any return customs fees.
How do I return my order
Return policy
You have the option to return (a part of) your order within 30 days of receipt. The return costs are €4.95 if you use the return label provided. These costs will be deducted from the value of your returned goods. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The cost of gift wrapping will not be credited.
Why pay for a return?
At The Chesterfield Brand, we make high-quality products at a fair price. This allows us to reward every link in our supply chain adequately and bring a responsible, quality product to the market. Sustainability plays a key role in this. By charging a part of the return costs, we remain able to uphold these core values and hope that our customers will make more conscious purchases. There is more to returning a product than often seen, and the number of hands, environmental effects, and costs involved are frequently overlooked. The package must be sent back from the collection point to our warehouse, processed, and evaluated by our returns department, and the product must be cleaned and/or repackaged before it can be restocked. At The Chesterfield Brand, we dislike waste, so we try to resell returned products. Together, we ensure that all our products can be enjoyed, including returned items.
Exchanging
Would you like to exchange the article you ordered for another product? Then you need to return the ordered product and place a new order for the article you wish to receive.
