Deliveries

If you order before 3:30 PM on weekdays, your order will be shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Depending on the delivery address, the order will be shipped with a specific delivery service. Most orders are shipped with DPD; orders outside the EU are usually shipped with FedEx.

As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the track & trace code so you can follow your package. Not home at the time of delivery? No worries! The courier will then bring the package to the nearest pickup point.

Returns

EU customers can obtain a returns label through our return portal. Customers in all other countries are responsible for covering their return shipping costs.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You have 30 days to return any unwanted items for a refund. Please ensure items are returned in the same condition they arrived in: new, and with tags still attached. Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

If you need to complete a customs form, please clearly mark the items as 'returned goods' as The Chesterfield Brand will not cover any return customs fees.

Tax & Duty

For customers outside the EU, you are responsible for any import duty or tax required by your country. We cannot provide specific cost estimates; please contact your local customs office for detailed information.

Customers are fully liable for any parcels returned to The Chesterfield Brand due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or chosen carrier. All postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees will be deducted from any refunds or gift cards.

Missed Deliveries

If an item is not delivered because the recipient is not home, it will usually be returned to a local depot and an information card will be left with instructions. After the second delivery attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to The Chesterfield Brand. A full refund of goods will be issued minus our postal charge and admin fee. 

We advise customers to choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the item, such as a home or workplace.
