Who are we?
We are The Chesterfield Brand from the Netherlands. In 2013, we began our adventure with a small team: we wanted to prove that affordability and quality can go hand in hand. The company has grown enormously in recent years, and we’re always looking for new challenges. Our customers include bag & leather goods stores, fashion retailers, online shops, and boutiques. Altogether, this amounts to approximately 1,800 locations in Europe where our slow fashion brand is sold. Due to this growth, we are seeking reinforcement for our team, which consists of 23 colleagues. Maybe we’re looking for you!
What will you do?
Welcome to The Chesterfield Brand! Every role in our team is important, including yours! After all, the field team is the business card for our cool brand. The main tasks you’ll perform are acquiring new customers and advising and selling our collections to existing customers. To do this, you’ll be on the road 3 to 4 days a week, equipped with a phone, laptop, and company car. On average, you’ll spend about 2 nights per week in hotels.
What do we require from you?

- You are enthusiastic, and customer interaction makes you happy.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office systems is present.
- You might also be familiar with CRM and ERP systems.
- You’re proactive, self-reliant, results-oriented, and solution-driven.
- Do you have experience in a relevant (commercial) position? That’s certainly an advantage!
