We recommend treating the leather of your bag 4 times per year with a colorless leather wax. The leather wax will keep the leather hydrated and healthy. Your bag will look like new for a lifetime.

Don't worry! If you have some visible scratches in the leather of your product, you can easily remove them with leather wax. Most of our products are made of waxed pull-up leather. The leather hide is treated with a special wax during production. The scratches are nothing more than small inefficiencies in the waxed surface of the leather. Treating your bag with a leather wax will create an equal surface again.

You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases.

After selecting your preferred payment method you will be redirected to the chosen payment gateway. All our payments are processed to the highest international safety standards. Once your payment has been completed, you will return to chesterfieldbags.com and you will receive your payment confirmation by e-mail. In case the payment is cancelled or fails you will be returned to chesterfieldbags.com and a notification is shown to you containing the error.

There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email customerservice@chesterfieldbags.com
